How do we get started?

Get in touch with us and let us know what you’re looking for. In our initial contact, we establish what way of working and which partnership plan works best for you.

We will ask if you have preferences for how to get your sites built, and then we can start on a first project together.

If you have a website project that needs to be built right away, send us a request for a quote and attach the design files, sitemap and functionality that you want on the site. We will get back to you within one business day with a quote.

What are your payment terms?

• For one-off/fixed price website development projects, the final invoice will be sent one weeks after we have sent the project for you to review; it must be paid before we move the site to your hosting.
• Hourly projects are invoiced on Mondays for the previous week’s work.

What’s included in the price?

The prices are set based on the development time we estimate is needed based on the design files.

Project management, taking care of your feedback, and performing quality assurance are all included for free.

What are your working hours?

Development team: 10pm – 9am EST (9am – 8pm BDT, GMT+6)

Do you sign NDA?

Yes, we are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. We are completely invisible to your clients and we leave no trace in the code. We ensure that you get a true white label experience.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept payments using:

1. Credit card
2. Bank Wire Transfer
3. Wire Transfer through Xoom, Moneygram or Western Union
4. Paypal

Are there any sites you don’t build?

Yes, we reserve the right to decline website projects that include material that it perceives as potentially being illegal, offensive or disturbing to either website visitors or our team members. Examples include, but are not limited to, websites that promote pornographic material/adult/dating, drugs/alcohol, gambling/betting, mortgage/loan/insurance, music/movie, religion or violations of laws or human rights.

Do you work with any other CMS than WordPress?

We mainly do WordPress and we want to be the best that we can be at what we do. However, we used to work with Shopify in the past and still serve our partners with Shopify needs if required.

Do you make custom-built WordPress sites or use premium themes?

We can do both, depending on the clients’ budgets and preferences.

Do you offer web design as well?

We’ve got talented designers in our team that can help with web design projects whenever needed. Though our focus is on WordPress development.

How do you handle bug fixing?

During the development process, our Quality Assurance (QA) team provides extra surveillance to ensure quality service is delivered to you.

Before delivery, you will also get a chance to review the site on our feedback server and we will correct any deviations from the project brief at no additional cost. If you have additional requests at this stage, we will do our best to fit it into our development schedule and reserve the right to re-quote it if we estimate it will take more than a couple of hours to fix.

After you have agreed that the site is ready and we have delivered it to you, we offer 15 days of free bug-fixing.

How are websites delivered?

Our development team will assist in moving all websites live when ready. We have experience with many different hosts including WP Engine, GoDaddy, Digital Ocean, BlueHost and many more.

Who do I communicate with?

You will primarily communicate with your personal account manager. The AM will learn your preferences, collect your specifications for new projects, prepare your quotes and make sure your projects get delivered on time. If you want to, you may also communicate directly with the developer that works on your project, e.g. via an Asana board or Slack chat.

What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

The typical turnaround time for a project to be ready for your feedback is 8-15 business days, but varies depending on the complexity of the project. Make sure to also plan for the feedback time when making promises to your clients on deadlines for going live.

It sometimes happens that our partners want to do some tweaks compared to the initial briefs, which can extend the lead time by up to a week or more depending on the type of request.

The following timeline shows what a “build only” WordPress website project can look like when you as our partner provides us with approved design files. If we are doing a design + build project, add at least another week to the project timeline for the design portion of the project:

1. We review the provided design file(s) and provide a quote within 1 business day.
2. After receiving authorization to start the project, we add the project to our development queue which is typically 4-5 days long. This means we are starting the project within 4-5 days of being told “Go!”. Final design files need to be provided at this point along with any additional information/content like a sitemap, functional spec or copy and image content. If any premium themes or plugins are required, the client purchases them and makes them available to us at this point.
3. The assigned developer works on the project until it is ready for initial QA review. This is anywhere from 2-10 days (or more depending upon project duration) from the start of the project. This time estimate is detailed in the quote. Many typical projects fall in the range of 3-4 days long.
4. Our QA Engineer reviews the site within one business day.
5. If fixes are needed, the assigned developer makes them ASAP before sending the site to you for review.
6. You provide your feedback and the assigned developer makes fixes/edits as needed.
7. The QA Engineer performs another round of QA to verify fixes were made per your feedback.
8. After you approve the site for moving live, the assigned developer moves the site live on your hosting environment.

What design file formats can you work with?

In order to provide you with a quote, it’s enough to send us an InVision link or jpg files, but you can of course also send us Adobe XD, Photoshop or Sketch files.

Before the start of development, we prefer to get layered design files for each page template to make the development process as efficient as possible.

If your site has multiple pages that will be based on the same page template, then one design file for each such template is enough.
